To reserve in advance you need a valid ID. Or MX- counsel ID or Sellers Permit and Business License. You may purchase a space the same day of the event. A New seller can come twice a year without a seller permit. It is required to pay the City license at the time of your purchase. By the third visit, Seller must present their Seller Permit with the Swap Meet address & our Business License from city of San Fernando. Vendors that don’t purchase the City Business License would have to pay $12.00 dollars, each time when a vendor purchases a space. Located at these locations:
